Training Opportunities

Training Opportunities

The following regular training opportunities are conducted by TA accredited club triathlon coaches for the benefit of members – all welcome.

 

MONDAYS 6:00pm – 7:00pm   –  *Nightcliff Pool
Swimming training beginner friendly
$8

 

WEDNESDAYS  5.30pm – 7pm  –  Nightcliff pool
Stroke development work (beginners – intermediate)
Please bring finns, pull buoy, and kick board
TA members $8

 

Friday: – Interval running & speed work – Arafura Stadium – Marrara athletics track – 6am – 7am $5.00 per session.

The following sessions are also attended by many club members.

  • These are non-TA-coached sessions
  • Individuals participate on their own volition at their own risk
  • The sets present at the sessions are the work of the individuals there and are not DTC-prescribed sessions

 

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00am –7:00am Swimming training at Nightcliff Pool – $3 per session (+ pool entry)

 

Tuesday: – Grass and beach running – Dripstone Cliffs – 6pm – 6:45pm No charge

 

Tuesday: 5:30am Marrara track running w/ Rapid Creek Track Club (membership required)

 

Thursday: 6:00pm  Marrara track running w/ Rapid Creek Track Club (membership required)
